Acceptance of Terms

This terms and conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as a player ("User") and winboc ("Platform"). Using any part of the winboc platform, including the website and related services, means you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions contained herein.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The winboc VIP Programme offers three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — each with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.3%, 0.7%, and 1.0% respectively. Tier progression is based on a player's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Game Rules

Account Suspension and Termination

winboc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in certain cases:

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Recommendation or confirmation that a player does not meet the age eligibility requirements.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any financial crime.
• Ownership of more than one account by the same individual.
• Attempts to manipulate or exploit the gaming system.

In cases of termination involving fraud, all balances in the account may be forfeited. For terminations due to other reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player once the review process is complete.

Limitation of Liability
